Goodbye 2025, Hello 2026 🎊

Goodbye 2025, Hello 2026 🎊

There’s something sacred about the quiet pause between years. That gentle moment where we look back before stepping forward. Today, I find myself sitting with gratitude, reflection, and a softened heart as I say goodbye to 2025 and welcome 2026.

2025 was not a perfect year, but it was a purposeful one. It stretched me in ways I didn’t anticipate. It asked me to grow emotionally, spiritually, and creatively. It challenged my comfort zones and reminded me that becoming is rarely loud or glamorous. Sometimes, growth happens in silence, in prayer, in showing up even when you’re tired, unsure, or afraid.

This was a year of planting.

Planting faith when answers felt delayed.

Planting courage when the future felt uncertain.

Planting words through Wander & Weave, stories that carried pieces of my heart, my journey, and the beauty of African creativity.

Through this platform, I learned that storytelling is not just about being seen, it’s about seeing others. Shining a light on creatives, sharing lived experiences, and weaving faith into everyday moments became a form of worship, a reminder that our stories matter.

As I close the chapter on 2025, I release what no longer serves me: fear, comparison, rushed timelines, and the pressure to have everything figured out. I choose to carry forward the lessons, the answered prayers, and even the ones that are still unfolding.

Hello 2026 🀍

I enter this new year with intention. With hope. With faith. I am choosing softness without weakness, discipline without burnout, and dreams that are anchored in God. I am stepping into this year open-handed, trusting that what is meant for me will find me in its time.

May this be a year of alignment.

Of becoming.

Of deeper faith, bolder creativity, and quieter confidence.

Here’s to new beginnings, fresh pages, and beautifully unwritten chapters.

Welcome, 2026 ✨
